Bespoke Sophistication: The Tartan Tuxedo by Carlo Pham Tailor.

Updated: May 25

There are garments that follow tradition - and then there are those that redefine it. This custom-tailored tuxedo, crafted by Carlo Pham, is a perfect example of the latter. Worn here by one of our distinguished clients - Mr. Minh Anh, the ensemble features a striking Black Watch tartan - a timeless pattern rooted in the UK's heritage, elevated by contemporary tailoring.

What truly sets this tuxedo apart is its versatility. Designed to be worn in two distinct ways, it adapts effortlessly to the tone of the occasion. With the addition of a matching waistcoat and elegant chain detail, it takes on the form of a classic three-pieces look - perfect for a formal wedding, black-tie affair, or a grand evening celebration. Remove the waistcoat, and the look transforms into a sleek, confident two-piece tuxedo; refined, yet relaxed; bold, yet understated.

The jacket features a luxurious black satin shawl lapel, a detail that speaks of old-world elegance. Paired with a crisp white dress shirt, a hand-tied bow tie, and patent leather shoes, the overall outfit is both commanding and graceful. Every element, from the pattern matching to the hand-finished details, reflects the meticulous craftsmanship of our artisans.

More than just an outfit, this tartan tuxedo is a statement: of individuality, of tradition reimagined, and of a man who knows that style is not about standing out, but about being remembered.
